This is an experiential reality in every yogi. The word yoga means union, and the word yogi means one who has known the oneness of the existence. The whole process of yoga is about bringing this experiential reality into every human being.

Fundamentally, kriya means internal action. When you do inner action, it does not involve the body and the mind because both the body and the mind are still external to you. When you have a certain mastery to do action with your energy, then it is a kriya.

Life is involvement. Where there is no involvement, there is no life.

When you do not know what to choose, show total involvement in everything. Then life will choose, and it is never wrong.
