Leadership means, once you sit on a perch, you better see clearer than others, otherwise you will make a ridiculous fool of yourself.

A leader means his sense of life is beyond himself. His sense of identity is beyond himself. Somebody becomes a leader because he is willing to think and feel and act for more people than himself.

If you identify yourself with the entire nation or the world, you will be looked at in a different way. Essentially, your leadership will come from the right context, depending upon what you are identified with because everybody needs an identity. What sort of identity have you taken, will determine the context and the quality of your leadership.

Leadership means partnership, cooperation, mentoring, and support. It does not mean dominance. Dominance is tyranny.

Leadership is not about dominance, leadership is a certain sacrifice.

It is time to shed the burdens of the past year and come up fresh and alive.

There is a lot more to life than your thoughts and emotions. Time to move from psychological space to life-scape.

Transformation is when who you are is not determined anymore by other people’s opinions or other people’s presence.

Unless there is a spiritual element, unless a human being has started experiencing life beyond his body and intellect, he will not create a new possibility. Without a spiritual element, a leader – whether political, economic or otherwise – is definitely handicapped.

Being able to shower affection on anyone without having a need for affection yourself – that’s freedom.
