Most human beings do not know what is ease, that’s why they have so much disease.

The problems of whom you can embrace and whom you can’t are only psychological problems, not life problems. Even if your enemy is sitting next you, the life in you has no problem. What your enemy exhales, you inhale. Your friend’s exhalation does not feel any better than your enemy’s. The problem is only psychological. Existentially, there is no problem.

Chakras are a meeting point for the energy systems, where the pranic nadis [energy pathways] meet to create an energy vortex. There are many chakras in the body, but generally, when we say “chakras” we are referring to the seven important chakras, which represent seven dimensions of life. They are like seven major traffic junctions. This does not mean that a chakra by itself has its own quality, it is just that all roads which travel in a direction are doing certain things and they come together at a certain point, so it becomes a powerful place.

He is the most beautiful, but he is also the ugliest. He is a great ascetic, and also a family person. He is the most disciplined, but also a drunkard and a drug addict. He is a dancer, and he is also absolutely still. Gods, demons and all kind of creatures in the world worship him. The so-called civilization has tried to conveniently eliminate all those un-digestible stories, but this is where the essence of Shiva is. There is nothing that is repulsive for him. He is an all-embracing kind, not out of compassion or any other emotion as you might like to think, but simply because he is like life. Life is naturally all-embracing.

Completely contradictory aspects of life have been built into the personality of Shiva. Such a complex amalgamation of all the qualities of existence have been put into one person because if you can accept this one being, you have crossed life itself.

What the story is trying to say is, when we talk of this being, we are not talking of a genteel, civilized man but of a primal figure, in a state of absolute oneness with life. He is pure consciousness, completely without pretention, never repetitive, always spontaneous, forever inventive, ceaselessly creative. He is simply life itself.

If your energy body is in full vibrancy, the physical body will naturally fix itself.

It is the openness of your heart that will allow you to experience the mystical.

Destiny is what you create for yourself. Fate is when you fail to create your own destiny.

It is very important that we have an inner sense and awareness of life, that we experience every other being as a part of ourselves.
