So when we say time, because there is this and that, now there is here and there, once there is here and there or here and there is possible only because there is time…point A to point B, if you want to traverse this distance, let’s say it takes a minute to get here, only because there is time, point A and point B exist, most people think because there is point A and point B it takes time, no, because there is time, there is point A and point B, if there were no time in between, there would be no point A and point B, there would just be A and B as one point, so because there is time, there is space, because there is time, there is here and there, and of course now and then, it is in this context Adiyogi says: ‘I can pack your entire cosmo into a mustard seed’ because point A and point B is possible only because there is time to traverse, if there were no time, the whole cosmo would just be a dot, now point A and point B exist simply because you have become an A and somebody is a B, because this one has become an individual entity, this is A and that is B…the whole cosmo becomes a dot once there is no you and me, this and that, there is only this and this, that means physicality has become irrelevant in your experience, what consciousness means, what yoga means is, yoga means to consciously obliterate the boundaries of your individuality.

I want to see you focused on something, whatever it is. Because if a human being stays focused, the universe will yield.

The intensity of your experience is more important than the immensity of your possessions.

Do not classify people as extrovert or introvert. Every human being has the right to be whichever way they want.

Whatever physical activity you do – if you do it with involvement and joy, you are a karma yogi.
