Only because of duality there is you and me…You root yourself in that dimension which we are referring to as Isha, which is non-dual, which is the source of creation. But being rooted in this, you play with the dualities. Now once you are rooted in the non-dual and play with the dual, the dual has no impact upon you. You can play with it and enjoy it whichever way you like, but it doesn't take a toll on you. If you are rooted in that dimension which is the source of creation; if one part of you is creator, another part of you is creation, you can play with the creation whichever way you want, but it will not leave a single scratch upon you.

The powerful processes we teach are essentially devices to get to the other side of the mental mirror and have a taste of life – life that is not a product of memory, not a product of time, not an accumulation – life that is the basis of life. There is no difference between life and the source of life. Life is the source of life. There is no place in the universe where creation and the Creator exist separately. A separation between life and God only happens in the human mind.

'Ha' means sun and 'Tha' means moon. 'Hatha' brings balance between the sun and moon, or the ida and pingala in the system.

If your heart is full with love, there is no such thing as service, as it is a great privilege to do whatever is needed for all that you behold in your love.

The conclusions that you make in your mind can seriously impede your ability to experience life.

The simplest contribution that you can do to all around you is to at least be joyful.

For a committed person, there is no such thing as failure – just lessons to be learnt on the way.

Negative energies cannot touch you if you are in a state of meditativeness.

Become like the earth, like the tree – simply life. If you are simply life, your human consciousness will naturally find expression.

Just a blade of grass could be your guru. Yes. But that is if you are mindless.
