Every idea, thought, emotion or value that you have is picked up from somewhere and it rules you from within. This idea of success is not even your idea. It is somebody else’s idea of what success is. Your religion, your society and your culture have trained you to believe that this is it. Don’t become a slave to somebody’s idea; that is the first and foremost success. Success and failure is not in the volumes of money flowing into your life. Success and failure is not dependent upon the recognition that you find in the world. You are successful with life if you know how to walk with joy even through hell.

If you get enhanced for what you are not ready, you will go crazy, believe me, you’ll lose your mind.

If you turn inward, you will find a space where there is a solution for everything.

Even if you practice Yoga for all the wrong reasons, if you do it right, it still works.

If you have children, first of all, you have to establish integrity. Your words and your actions should match.

If you compulsively react, external situations determine how you are right now. If you consciously respond, your wellbeing is very much in your hands.

To live totally means to explore Life in its full depth and dimension.

You must learn to do the simple tasks of your life and the most important tasks of your life with the same involvement. Everything in your life must be handled that way. That is a very good and conducive culture for a spiritual seeker, a culture of involvement with everything. It is not that one thing is important and another is not. Everything is important.

Life is a limited amount of time and energy. Let this be used for maximum impact.

If you have a child, all you have to do is create a loving, supportive, and invigorating atmosphere.
