Inner Engineering
If you do certain things with your mind, certain consequences will come. If you do certain things with your body, certain consequences will come.
The Sanskrit language is a device, not necessarily a medium of communication. Most of the other languages were made up because we had to refer to something. Initially, they started with just a handful of words and then multiplied them into complex forms. But Sanskrit is a discovered language because today we know that if you feed any sound into an oscilloscope, every sound has a form attached to it. Similarly, every form has a sound attached to it. Every form in the existence is reverberating in a certain way and creates a certain form.
Sanskrit is like a blueprint of the existence. What is in form, we converted into sound.
With the same mud that we build such huge buildings, initially people were building little huts. They thought that’s all they could do with it. With the same earth, haven’t we built computers? What you call a computer is dug out of the earth. We thought we could only dig mud and make pots or bricks out of it. Now we dig the earth and make computers, cars, and even spacecrafts out of it. It is the same energy; we have just started using it for higher and higher possibilities. Similarly, our inner energies are like that. There is a whole technology as to how to use this energy for higher possibilities. Every human being must explore and know this. Otherwise, life becomes very limited and accidental; you get to do only what you’re exposed to. Once you start activating your inner energies, your capabilities happen in a different sphere altogether. Yoga is a tool to find ultimate expression to life.
Nobody can help him because everybody is in the same state. Everybody is existing here without knowing the essential nature of who he is. Without knowing the very fundamentals of what this is, we are trying to make a life. That is the whole confusion.
This is the first and foremost thing you should do with your life. First to know who this is, what is the nature of my existence? If you do not know what is the nature of your existence, you live by accident. Everything is by accident, by assumption and by opinion. There is no reality.
You will see “Who am I” is just the whole thing.
I am definitely a romantic, an absolute romantic. I’m romancing the whole universe.
Till that moment in my life I always thought this is me and that's somebody else and something else. But for the first time I did not know which is me and which is not me. Suddenly, what was me was just all over the place. The very rock on which I was sitting, the air that I breathe, the very atmosphere around me, I had just exploded into everything. That sounds like utter insanity. This, I thought it lasted for ten to fifteen minutes but when I came back to my normal consciousness, I was about four-and-a-half-hours I was sitting there, fully conscious, eyes open, but time had just flipped.
Love is a longing to include someone as a part of yourself. It is a possibility to become more than what you are, by inclusion.
